  1. The prize draw will take place on the last day of each quarter: 30th March 2009, 30th June 2009 and 30th September 2009
  2. To enter the competition, users must complete the London Luton Airport Questionnaire at www.londonluton.com
  3. Entries must be received by 17:00 hours on the draw dates.
  4. Only one entry is permitted per person per draw.
  5. The winner will be chosen at random.
  6. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place. The winner is required to contact London Luton Airport at a specified email address to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of this notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, London Luton Airport reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
  7. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her names and county to be used for publicity purposes by London Luton Airport in printed and/or online formats.
  8. No purchase is necessary.
  9. The prize draw is open to residents in all countries, excluding employees of London Luton Airport and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  10. The prize is £500 per draw and no other prize is offered.
  11. Subject to availability.
  12. The prize is non-transferable. 
  13. Open to adults aged 18+.
  14. It is a condition of entry that these terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. London Luton Airport will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
  16. Personal information collected through this promotion will be used in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be passed on to any other parties without consent - see our Privacy Policy for further details.
